Shipping Policies (Domestic)

  • FREE shipping policy within India: There will be no extra shipping charges, if the shipping address (pin code) falls within our service area (India).
  • In case your shipping address (pin code) is not serviceable by our logistic partner, then we shall inform you the same and you can still get the order to non-serviceable area by paying a small shipping charge.
  • We are associated with world class reputed logistic companies for delivering our products within time. Whereas, we don’t take any responsibility if there is any delay in deliveries, after orders are shipped.
  • All orders, shipped within India, are dispatched within 7 working days of payment confirmation or any other delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  • All shipments are subject to terms & conditions of our logistic partners.
  • Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
  • Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes or any other unavoidable circumstances. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us along with package tracking information.
  • The estimated time of delivery is mentioned for every product. Usually, it takes somewhere between 3 - 6 business days. However, in exceptional cases it can take up to 10 business days. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
  • Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
  • At Pal D’zigns, we take utmost care of all the products while delivering it at your doorsteps. If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package and email us at shipping@paldzigns.com, mentioning your order reference number.
  • Your order will only be shipped once your credit card number is approved by the issuing bank.
